Sales Coordinator – Job Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to incoming sales-related emails from clients, distributors, and internal teams in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate email communication between the sales team, customers, and management to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and price confirmations via email.
• Track customer inquiries received through email and ensure proper assignment and follow-up with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of email correspondence, customer requirements, and sales activities in CRM or tracking systems.
• Send order confirmations, delivery schedules, invoices, and payment follow-ups through email.
• Draft and circulate sales reports, updates, and meeting summaries via email to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production teams through email to ensure order processing and timely delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and service requests received via email and ensure quick resolution.
• Support sales campaigns by sending promotional emails, product updates, and announcements to clients.
• Ensure all email communication follows company branding, tone, and confidentiality guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,961.83 - ₹33,324.09 per month
