Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator, located in Saket. Responsibilities include coordinating sales activities, maintaining effective communication with customers, supporting the development and execution of sales operations, and assisting the sales team to achieve organizational goals. The Sales Coordinator will ensure smooth processes, maintain records, and contribute to enhancing customer relationships and satisfaction. Collaboration with other departments to meet objectives will be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to ensure efficiency and organization within the sales process
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to manage interactions and address client needs with professionalism
• Experience in Sales with an understanding of strategies and techniques to meet sales targets
• Proficient in multitasking and managing multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment
