• Expert in Microsoft Excel: Pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query, macros
• Proficient in CRM systems (Zoho)
• Skilled in data analysis and sales reporting
• Knowledge of ERP software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experienced in email marketing tools.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational abilities

Typical Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track sales activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards using Excel and CRM data
• Support sales team with documentation, lead management, and client communication
• Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and product catalogs
• Liaise between sales, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order processing

Pay: ₹12,005.72 - ₹31,927.57 per month
