Warehouse Worker

Key Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and damage. Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards. Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits. Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff and departments. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a warehouse worker (preferred). Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus). Basic math, reading, and writing skills. Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or overtime if required.
