Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Operations (10%): Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Support employee relations and handle grievances. Coordinate training and development programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Manage employee records and HR documentation. Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
