Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Technical Engineer to join our Head Office team at Sahibabad. This role is central to ensuring our channel partners, enterprise clients, and sales team get strong technical support both before and after sales. Key Responsibilities Provide pre-sales support : product demonstrations, proof-of-concept testing, technical presentations, and solution design. Provide post-sales support : installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and customer training for DCode products. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and support material for internal teams and partners. Coordinate with R&D and product management teams to relay market feedback and feature requests. Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution through on-site/remote assistance. Conduct technical workshops and knowledge sessions for channel partners and internal teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in AIDC, printing, or IT hardware. Strong hands-on experience with installation, networking, and hardware/software troubleshooting. Good communication skills to engage with enterprise clients and partners. Ability to manage pressure, prioritize tasks, and support multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Willingness to travel for client support and installations when required.
