Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Act as the central support function for the sales team across regions and channels.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, tenders, and sales documentation accurately and on time.
Coordinate with internal teams such as accounts, logistics, production, and service to ensure smooth order execution.
Track orders from confirmation to dispatch and share regular status updates with the sales team and customers.
Maintain and update sales records, price lists, dealer data, and CRM entries.
Assist in dealer onboarding, documentation follow-ups, and agreement coordination.
Support sales managers with reports on daily sales, pending orders, targets, and collections.
Handle routine customer communication for order status, documentation, and basic product information.
Ensure compliance with internal processes, approvals, and documentation standards.
Support sales activities related to exhibitions, bids, and large institutional orders when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline; MBA or relevant sales/operations background is a plus.
14 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or order processing (B2B preferred).
Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and basic CRM systems.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; Hindi is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers and documents.
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and handle follow-ups without constant supervision.
Prior experience in hardware, IT peripherals, printers, or B2B distribution is an added advantage.
