Senior Technical Engineer

• Provide

  pre-sales support

  : product demonstrations, proof-of-concept testing, technical presentations, and solution design.
• Provide

  post-sales support

  : installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and customer training for DCode products.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and support material for internal teams and partners.
• Coordinate with R&D and product management teams to relay market feedback and feature requests.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution through on-site/remote assistance.
• Conduct technical workshops and knowledge sessions for channel partners and internal teams.

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience

  in technical support, preferably in AIDC, printing, or IT hardware.
• Strong hands-on experience with installation, networking, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills to engage with enterprise clients and partners.
• Ability to manage pressure, prioritize tasks, and support multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel for client support and installations when required.
