Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise & Support

Understand the technical aspects of the companys products and services.
Provide technical guidance to customers on product features, applications, and advantages.
Collaborate with engineering or product development teams for custom solutions.

Sales & Business Development

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Customer Consultation

Analyze client requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
Provide pre-sales support, including product selection, pricing, and feasibility analysis.
Offer post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or relevant field).

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of product functionality, specifications, and applications.
Ability to create and deliver
technical content
, including product datasheets, brochures, presentations

Soft Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term relationships.

Willingness to travel for client meetings, demonstrations, or trade shows.
