Responsible for driving business growth and developing high-performing sales teams by training, mentoring, and guiding entry-level staff while managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop growth strategies focused on both financial performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and understand customer needs.
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present products and services.
  • Promote company offerings in a way that addresses or anticipates client objectives.
  • Prepare and manage sales contracts in compliance with legal and organizational guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support to clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Mentor and develop entry-level staff into skilled sales professionals.
