Job Summary: We at ANANT ESTATE DEVELOPER & BUILDER PRIVATE LIMITED are seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities at project sites. The role involves supervising day-to-day operations, coordinating with teams and contractors, ensuring timely completion of works, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cost control in line with project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and supervise construction activities to ensure project completion within schedule timelines . Monitor site execution to maintain quality of work, safety standards, and compliance with design specifications and statutory norms. Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and the client team for smooth operations. Manage and guide site staff, contractors, and workers to achieve daily progress and resolve on-site issues. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, and documentation as required. Ensure optimum utilization of labor, materials, and equipment on site. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols and best practices are followed. Assist in preparing work schedules, resource planning, and project tracking. Key Competencies: Time Management & Organizational Skills Leadership & Teamwork Quality & Safety Focus Decision-Making Ability Attention to Detail Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent. [6 - 11] years of experience in real estate/construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Proven ability to handle multiple site activities and deliver within timelines. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
