Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Management:

    Generate leads, build rapport, understand client requirements (buying/selling/leasing), and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Property Sales Cycle:

    Conduct property viewings, provide detailed project info, negotiate offers, finalize agreements, and handle paperwork.
  • Market Expertise:

    Perform market research, offer property evaluations, and advise clients on trends, pricing, and legalities.
  • Sales Targets:

    Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals and KPIs.
  • Reporting & Strategy:

    Prepare sales reports, forecast sales, and collaborate with marketing on strategies.
  • Coordination:

    Work with marketing, legal, and other departments for smooth transactions.

Typical Qualifications:
