The Creative Designer will work with the clients and internal departments to discuss and establish project objectives, research current trends and the target demographic, and design and troubleshoot the visual aspects of an ad campaign, from the initial planning stages until the finished campaign is presented to the client or company. You should possess an understanding of graphic design concepts and should be a creative, communicative multi-tasker with exceptional project and time management skills, as you will be coordinating with the client and taking responsibility of the whole project assigned. Responsibilities: Evaluate client or company needs and create visual elements for the assignments. Conducting research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends. Establishing brand-appropriate creative approaches. Troubleshooting the problems as they arise to ensure that all aspects of the assignments align with the needs of the client or company. Set goals, provide updates, receive feedback, and present the final design. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts or equivalent. Minimum of 4 years agency experience as Senior Visualiser.. Flexibility in handling many modifications in the work done in a short period of time. Portfolio that shows an eye for detail and understanding of typography. Gulf experience, Arabic layouting capacity and network agency experience will be an added advantage. Technical Skills: Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), MS Office. Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print. production, image selection and package design.
