Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define technical direction. Own the end-to-end architecture decisions and ensure alignment with business goals. Review code, mentor engineers, and enforce engineering best practices. Drive technical innovation and optimize system design for performance, scalability, and reliability. Lead architecture discussions for RTB systems, data pipelines, ad servers, or bidding platforms. ✅ Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development and system design. Proven experience in building scalable backend systems in high-traffic environments. Strong programming skills in Node.js, Java, or Python. In-depth understanding of AdTech ecosystem – including DSPs, SSPs, RTB, DMPs, Ad servers, etc. Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred), CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience in handling data-intensive pipelines using tools like Kafka, Spark, or similar. Familiarity with performance tuning, monitoring tools, and high availability systems. 💡 Good To Have Experience working in startups or fast-paced product teams.
