Marketing Analyst

We are seeking marketing analysts with exceptional analytical skills. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with AdElement customers, offering strategic and tactical recommendations, supporting campaign execution and optimization, and advising on best practices. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying product enhancements and creating prototypes for optimization models. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in R, Excel, data analysis, and internet technologies. A solid background in statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing is essential. You should thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven, and dynamic entrepreneurial environment, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a charismatic personality. Experience with big data frameworks and tools such as Hadoop and Hive is required, along with familiarity with online advertising strategies. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, and a Master's degree in Technology, Business Administration, or Statistics.,
