Marketing Analyst

As a Marketing Analyst at Rhythm, you will play a crucial role in extracting and analyzing marketing data to drive high-impact campaigns, RFP responses, and global marketing events. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in identifying insights and trends to optimize marketing strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Extract, compile, and analyze marketing data from platforms like Pardot, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and other tools. - Monitor and report on email campaign performance metrics (opens, clicks, conversions, etc.). - Identify trends, audience behavior, and engagement patterns to support campaign optimizations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather accurate content for RFP responses. - Consolidate and structure responses aligned to client expectations, deadlines, and proposal formats. - Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of webinars, virtual events, and global marketing campaigns. - Maintain and enrich lead/contact data using ZoomInfo and internal CRM systems. - Support segmentation and audience building for targeted outreach. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in a marketing support or analyst role. - Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools. - Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools like Pardot, HubSpot, ZoomInfo. - Experience with Zoom for virtual meetings and event hosting. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
