Role Description This is a full-time role for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist. This is Remote opportunity. The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies, managing relationships with affiliate partners, creating marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results. The role involves collaborating closely with the marketing team and utilizing digital and online marketing skills to drive business growth. Make sure you meet your weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals as defined by the affiliate leadership team, and communicate your progress to them via regular updates, meetings and presentations. Acquire new affiliates by prospecting, negotiating, and communicating with potential affiliates. Manage a business development team assigned to you to generate and qualify new leads for outreach. Create strategies for sourcing new leads to ensure a constant flow of potential affiliate leads. Work with the affiliate leadership team to develop an outreach strategy, and then manage the outreach process via multiple channels with a focus on setting up introductions for the affiliate management and ad operations teams. Work with the ad operations team to ensure that your affiliates are getting all the assets they need, like creative packages, links, and reporting, to get set up and launch our marketing campaigns. Represent Revcloud at industry conferences and client meetings, in India and abroad.. Monitor industry changes and provide the affiliate leadership team with actionable recommendations and strategies for scaling your affiliates and the affiliate channel. The Ideal Candidate Is comfortable working at least 50% of their time in the US Pacific time zone. Has very strong communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation skills. Has strong computer skills and proficiency in Google Docs (spreadsheets, documents, and presentations). Has a leadership mindset with an emphasis on ownership - you’re a self-starter and a quick learner. Can work in a team environment across hierarchy and functions to meet assigned goals. Loves working in a fast-paced rapidly evolving start-up environment - with a focus on problem-solving and new challenges. Is comfortable managing multiple projects - strong project management skills and organization. Education & Experience 1+ years of experience, ideally in affiliate marketing.
