Role Summary: We areseeking an experienced and solution-oriented Salesforce Technical Lead orSenior Developer with strong product engineering experience. The candidate willbe responsible for driving technical execution, hands-on development, andcollaboration with cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for professionals Looking to contribute to managed package development, scalable architecture,and best-in-class user experiences within Salesforce-native applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex,Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. Contribute to architecture discussions and provide technical inputfor building managed packages. Ensure code quality, security compliance (FLS, CRUD, sharing), andalignment with Salesforce best practices. Participate in AppExchange Security Review preparation andremediation. Collaborate with Product, QA, and UX teams to deliver secure andperformant applications. Implement CI/CD processes using SFDX and Git-based workflows. Support data migration activities, including ETL scriptdevelopment and test automation. Contribute to the setup of offline mobile features and assist inData Cloud integrations when applicable. Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis. Mentorjunior developers and perform code reviews. Requirements Must-Have Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, andFlow Builder Experience with Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, and unlocked packages Hands-on experience with managed packages and AppExchangereadiness Solid understanding of platform security features and governancelimits Experience with version control systems (Git), GitHub Actions, orCopado Abilityto work in Agile/Scrum teams and take ownership of deliverables Nice-to-Have: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II / JavaScript DeveloperI Experience with Data Cloud (CDP) or Customer 360 Familiarity with Experience Cloud or mobile offline setup Basic understanding of Heroku, MuleSoft, or other integrationplatforms Exposureto Einstein Bots or Agentforce.
