Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Developer

In this role at Rhythm, you will be the Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer responsible for driving technical execution, hands-on development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your main focus will be on developing and maintaining scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. You will also contribute to architecture discussions, ensure code quality and security compliance, and participate in AppExchange Security Review preparation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows - Contributing to architecture discussions and providing technical input for building managed packages - Ensuring code quality, security compliance, and alignment with Salesforce best practices - Participating in AppExchange Security Review preparation and remediation - Collaborating with Product, QA, and UX teams to deliver secure and performant applications - Implementing CI/CD processes using SFDX and Git-based workflows - Supporting data migration activities, including ETL script development and test automation - Troubleshooting production issues and leading root cause analysis - Mentoring junior developers and performing code reviews Qualifications required for this role are: - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development - Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, and Flow Builder - Experience with Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, and unlocked packages - Hands-on experience with managed packages and AppExchange readiness - Solid understanding of platform security features and governance limits - Experience with version control systems (Git), GitHub Actions, or Copado - Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and take ownership of deliverables Nice-to-have qualifications include: - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II / JavaScript Developer I - Experience with Data Cloud (CDP) or Customer 360 - Familiarity with Experience Cloud or mobile offline setup - Basic understanding of Heroku, MuleSoft, or other integration platforms - Exposure to Einstein Bots or Agentforce Please note that additional company details were not provided in the job description.,
