Role Overview: As a Senior Salesforce Developer at MLVeda, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your deep understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce configuration, and integration techniques will be crucial in building scalable, high-performance Salesforce applications that drive business success. You will collaborate with technical leads, business analysts, and other developers to ensure the delivery of innovative and reliable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. - Design and implement complex business logic, workflows, triggers, batch jobs, and schedules. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft). - Maintain and refactor existing code to improve quality, performance, and maintainability. - Ensure high code quality through unit testing, test coverage, and code reviews. - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and new tools/features. - Support and mentor junior developers and admins as needed. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. - Strong experience with: - Apex (classes, triggers, batch processes) - Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura - Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) - Data modeling and SOQL/SOSL - Solid understanding of Salesforce platform limitations, governor limits, and security/sharing model. - Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices. - Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
