Job Description

We’re seeking data analysts who have experience in marketing analytics or have worked in the AdTech or MarTech industries. You’ll be part of our growth team (marketing, product, and creative), and you’ll be responsible for working closely with our leadership team to build and manage analytics products to support our growth initiatives, take lead on identifying and launching new growth initiatives, and grow existing marketing channels.

Revcloud is a full-service AI growth and innovation lab with offices in the US, Europe, and Asia. We’re building an Agentic AI platform built to power the multiple consumer industries in the US, which delivers growth and innovation for our clients by leveraging AI and big data across marketing, sales, investment, human capital, and product development.


You’ll be required to operate with a high level of agency, urgency, and accountability to meet ambitious targets in a fast-paced startup environment. This is the perfect role for performance oriented professionals with a high ceiling for growth and rewards.


This is a full-time hybrid position at our office in Pune, India (Mon-Wed WFO, Thu-Fri WFH). You’ll be required to work some of your time in the US Pacific time zone (be available between 7 PM – 1 AM IST to coordinate calls with US stakeholders).


Key Responsibilities

  • Build & Manage Analytics Products

    - Help build and manage analytics tools and dashboards that provide metrics and insights and metrics to run growth and marketing projects. Manage projects in an agile environment that involve data pipelines, data sets, reports, dashboards, recommendation engines, automation frameworks, and predictive analytics.
  • Execute A Sophisticated Analytics Process -

    Conduct a high-quality, in-depth analysis process to monitor and improve performance. Develop a deep understanding of our business ecosystem, user behaviors, and long-term trends to identify levers to help move key metrics.
  • Take Ownership of Marketing Channels & Growth Initiatives -

    Work with our leadership team to set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and ensure you're meeting those goals. Lead communication on your projects on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis via meetings and presentations.
  • Launch & Manage New Marketing Channels & Growth Initiatives -

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to design and execute new data-driven marketing strategies and growth initiatives. Manage these initiatives end to end, including team management and P&L ownership

  • Support Growth Team with Analytics Projects

    - Work closely with marketing, product and creative teams to help launch, report on, and analyse marketing, product and creative projects. Ensure any reporting or analytics requests assigned to you from the leadership, marketing, product, and creative teams are delivered in a timely manner.


Requirements

  • Location: Based in Pune and able to work from our Kalyani Nagar office (hybrid mode).
  • Role Type: Full-time only, no part-time or freelance options available.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in analytics, data science, economics, statistics, computer science, engineering, mathematics or a related field, ideally from a tier 1 institution with grades that are top 20% of the class.
  • Experience: 1–3 Years, ideally some in the marketing analytics field.
  • Timings: Partial US Shift (be available between 7 PM – 1 AM IST to coordinate calls with US team members).
  • Language & Communication: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Work Ethic: Proactive, highly organized, and takes ownership of outcomes.


Technical Skills:

  • 8/10 level and beyond - Spreadsheet Software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or equivalent) and Dashboarding Tools (Google Looker Studio, Tableau, PowerBI or equivalent)
  • 4/10 level and beyond - SQL, R or Python
  • Functional knowledge of cloud platforms (ideally Google Cloud and AWS) would be a bonus.
  • Functional Skills:
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Track record of solving analytical problems using quantitative and statistical approaches - with the ability to communicate complex quantitative insights in a simple, precise, and actionable manner.
  • Familiarity with B2C customer acquisition, lead generation, and/or campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience managing specific marketing functions, like affiliate marketing, email/SMS marketing, search engine marketing, social media marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and creative testing.
