This role supports these efforts by focusing on the production support and maintenance of product and thought leadership content across a broad array of marketing vehicles. Your key responsibilities Maintain and support the production of product and thought leadership content across a broad array of marketing vehicles to support sales and retention efforts, including: fact sheets, presentations, sales flyers, sales ideas, research publications, communications, social media, etc. Help facilitate and work within framework of quarter-end responsibilities. Assist in planning/executing quarterly update of all performance collateral. Coordinate and find the nexus between multiple teams to meet end goals. Develop automated processes to drive efficiency and scale. Your skills and experience Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly Ability to work independently and as part of the team (even across the globe) Work well under pressure with ability to meet tight deadlines. Experience in following clearly defined business workflows as well as handling multiple parallel workflows Ability to work process-oriented and detail-focused, conscious of deadlines Excellent communication skills with proficiency level in editing publishable content Good understanding of client specific regulatory requirements for publications High proficiency in MS Office Proficiency in using various data providers like Bloomberg, FactSet etc. High level of comfort in dealing with different levels of management and external stakeholders
