Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
  • Define the most important social media KPIs.
  • Manage and oversee social media content across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Create and curate engaging and original content (text, images, video) that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends, tools, and platforms, ensuring that our strategy remains current and effective.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and manage our online community.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
  • Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with audience and buyer persona research.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Experience in running paid social media campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytic tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,684.51 - ₹25,000.00 per month
