Creative Designer

Zero Gravity Medias is seeking a skilled Creative Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that all creative outputs are visually stunning, strategically aligned, and consistent with our clients' brand guidelines. Must be able to create contents in English and Malayalam.

You will work closely with our creative directors, copywriters, and marketing teams to create compelling visual content that resonates with target audience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and Design: Develop innovative and effective design concepts for advertising campaigns, including print, digital, social media, and out-of-home media.
• Branding: Maintain and enhance the visual identity of our clients by creating and updating brand guidelines, logos, and other brand assets.
• Collaborate: Work closely with creative directors, copywriters, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective communication of ideas and messages.
• Lead Projects: Take ownership of design projects, managing them from concept through completion, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Quality Control: Review and approve final designs, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to brand standards.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, new design technologies, and best practices to maintain the agency's competitive edge.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a creative/graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in an advertising agency environment.
• Education: Any
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), knowledge of web design (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Creativity: A strong creative vision with the ability to develop innovative design solutions that align with marketing objectives.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, with strong typography (English and Malayalam) , layout, and colour theory skills.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meets deadlines, and work well under pressure.
