About the Role
We are looking for an exceptionally creative and experienced Senior Creative Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can bring ideas to life across social media, branding, motion graphics, and video content. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to create high-converting visuals that elevate our brand and clients.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design

• Create high-quality social media creatives, ad banners, posters, infographics, and marketing materials.
• Develop brand identities including logos, typography, color schemes, and complete brand guidelines.
• Design website graphics, landing page visuals, and email newsletter layouts.
• Produce creative concepts, moodboards, and visual direction for marketing campaigns.

Photo Editing

• Perform advanced photo retouching, image enhancement, background removal, and composite editing.
• Prepare high-quality visuals for digital marketing and e-commerce use.

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Create engaging motion graphics for social media ads, explainer videos, and campaigns.
• Develop animated elements such as logo animations, transitions, and kinetic typography.
• Storyboarding and visual planning for video and motion projects.

Video Editing

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, promotional content, and advertisements.
• Manage video timelines, audio syncing, color grading, and motion enhancements.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually compelling video content.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or creative content creation.
• Strong creative portfolio showcasing a mix of design, motion graphics, and video editing work.
• Ability to understand marketing objectives and turn them into high-impact visuals.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
