Job Description

Futureace Healthcare Academy seeks an innovative, visionary, and highly skilled Creative Head to lead and transform the creative, branding, and communication strategy across the Healthcare Education, AI & Digital Health, and TIP Divisions.
This role operates at the powerful intersection of healthcare, education, and artificial intelligence—crafting compelling narratives, visual stories, and impactful campaigns that strengthen institutional identity and student engagement.

The Creative Head will lead the creative team, guide brand strategy, and translate complex academic, healthcare, and AI concepts into accessible visual communication for students, partners, and the public.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Leadership & Brand Strategy

  • Build and lead the overall creative vision for both the Healthcare Academy and AI programs.
  • Develop a unified brand identity, design language, and communication style across departments.
  • Drive strategic creative campaigns for academic programs, AI labs, events, and institutional branding.

2. Content & Campaign Management

  • Oversee all creative deliverables: designs, videos, animations, explainers, infographics, academic visuals, AI modules, and digital health communication.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, TIP (Transformative Intelligence Program), Sereniche.
  • Ensure all creative output reflects innovation, accuracy, and institutional standards.

3. AI-Integrated Creative Solutions

  • Develop visual communication for AI learning materials, digital health concepts, and data-driven content.
  • Work with AI & Data faculty to create futuristic branding elements and tech-focused creative assets.
  • Implement AI-based tools to enhance creative workflow and productivity.

4. Team Leadership

  • Lead a full creative team: visual designers, video editors, videographers, content creators, and media staff.
  • Provide mentorship, review creative quality, and streamline workflows.
  • Manage project timelines, task distribution, and creative operations.

5. Event & Institutional Creative Direction

  • Conceptualize branding for academic events, AI conferences, student showcases, and institutional ceremonies.
  • Create theme-based stage designs, banners, event videos, and presentation assets.
  • Ensure strong visual storytelling for stakeholder presentations, guest sessions, and collaborations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in a senior creative role; experience in education, healthcare, or technology/AI is a major plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design leadership, campaign work, multimedia projects, and innovative creative concepts.
  • Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, video editing tools.
  • Ability to convert complex AI/healthcare concepts into simple, engaging visuals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
