We are seeking a dedicated HR & Administration Intern to support our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in the education and healthcare training sector. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Support: Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling Support onboarding and orientation for new hires and trainers Maintain and update HR records and databases Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions Help track staff attendance and leave records Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the HR and operations team Support documentation, filing, and data entry tasks Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining office calendars Handle inventory of office and training supplies Support compliance with institutional policies and procedures Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Eagerness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
