Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Management & Goal Setting

  • Lead the design, implementation, and annual review of the

    Performance Management System (PMS)

    .
  • Drive organization-wide adoption of

    goal-setting frameworks

    such as OKRs/KPIs/Balanced Scorecard.
  • Provide guidance to leadership and managers on effective performance conversations and feedback cycles.
  • Use performance analytics to assess effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.

2. Talent Management & Succession Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated

    Talent Management strategies

    aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive

    Succession Planning

    initiatives for critical roles; oversee talent reviews, readiness mapping, and development plans.
  • Manage

    Assessment & Development Centres

    to identify high-potential talent and competency gaps.

3. Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Oversee annual

    Learning Needs Analysis (LNA)

    and create organization-wide L&D strategies.
  • Design capability-building programs, leadership journeys, and IDPs (Individual Development Plans).
  • Evaluate ROI and effectiveness of L&D interventions.

4. Employee Experience & Culture

  • Drive initiatives that enhance

    employee engagement, experience, and workplace culture

    .
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to embed organizational values and behavioural competencies.
  • Support change-management initiatives and ensure smooth employee adoption of new processes.

5. Compensation & Market Benchmarking

  • Conduct compensation benchmarking studies and support C&B teams in building competitive pay structures.
  • Provide insights on market trends, internal equity, and talent competitiveness.

6. HR Processes, Policies & Governance

  • Review, update, and streamline HR policies and processes in line with business needs and best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and support audits/compliance requirements.

7. Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership

  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand talent priorities and deliver strategic solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members to build capability and operational excellence.
  • Manage external consultants, assessment agencies, and training partners.

8. External Awards & Benchmarking Projects

  • Lead organizational participation in

    external HR awards

    , benchmarking platforms, and recognitions.
  • Coordinate data submission, documentation, and cross-functional alignment for award participation.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive experience

    in Performance Management, Talent Management, L&D, and Organizational Development.
  • Strong exposure to building HR frameworks, processes, and strategy.
  • Experience managing

    Assessment Centres

    , Succession Planning, and Employee Experience programs.
  • Skilled in data-driven decision-making, analytics, and HR technology tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience leading high-performing teams.
