Policies and Procedures Development: Contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of procedures guidelines to support the organization in the implementation of, and compliance with, internal policies and/or external regulations.

What you’ll do · Campus Strategy: Build annual India campus plan; map roles to supply pools; own headcount allocation. · Branding & Engagement: Drive on-campus & virtual events; manage EVP for Gen-Z; run ambassador and internship programs. · Hiring Operations: Manage role briefs, assessments, interview drives, offers, pre-joining, and onboarding in partnership with the HR team.
