About the Role

HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders for workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with managers to address employee concerns, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
• Drive HR processes such as performance appraisals, succession planning, and career development.
• Work closely with COEs (TA, C&B, L&D) to implement HR programs aligned with business needs.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to build a high-performance, inclusive culture.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance matters.
• Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
• Use HR analytics and dashboards to provide insights for better decision-making.

Must-Have Skills

• 7–10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3+ years in an HRBP role (preferably in IT/ITES or GCC setup).
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
• Proven track record of driving engagement and change management initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with global stakeholders.
• Exposure to HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Experience in scaling HR processes in a growing GCC environment.

Education

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
