Job Description

OPENING FOR A WELL KNOWN OIL AND GAS COMPANY In INDIA:

Position: Managing HR Business Partner (Sr. General Manager)

Experience: 15+ years

Minimum Requirement:

15+ years of HR leadership experience in Oil & Gas sector/manufacturing plant, driving HR strategy across plant and corporate operations
Expertise in workforce planning, employee engagement, industrial relations, and contract labour management for large-scale projects.
Proven track record in implementing HR systems, policy frameworks, statutory compliance, and administration support in plant environments.
Strong background in handling greenfield/brownfield projects.
Skilled in capability/skill building, learning & development, and competency mapping/assessment.
Will be Preferred Advantage: Labour Welfare Officer Certification.
