Job Description

As a Managing HR Business Partner (Sr. General Manager) at a well-known Oil and Gas company in India, you will be required to have 15+ years of progressive HR experience, specifically in the Oil & Gas sector or manufacturing plant. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading HR strategy implementation across plant and corporate operations. - Managing workforce planning, employee engagement, industrial relations, and contract labour management for large-scale projects. - Implementing HR systems, policy frameworks, statutory compliance, and administration support in plant environments. - Handling greenfield/brownfield projects effectively. - Building capabilities, conducting skill development, and mapping/assessing competencies. To excel in this role, it is essential to have a Labour Welfare Officer Certification as a preferred advantage.
