Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support night-shift operations and collaborate closely with business leaders and employees. The role focuses on employee engagement, performance management, grievance handling, and driving people initiatives in a fast-paced BPO/KPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive employee engagement through regular connect sessions, activities, and pulse checks
• Conduct skip-level meetings and RAG (Red-Amber-Green) reviews to monitor employee sentiment and performance health
• Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and coach managers and employees to achieve defined goals
• Partner with business leaders on people-related matters and provide proactive HR guidance
• Handle employee grievances effectively, ensuring timely and fair resolution
• Support talent retention initiatives and internal mobility strategies
• Maintain accurate HR processes, documentation, and reports

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
• Prior experience in a BPO/KPO environment is mandatory
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-cultural, global teams
