Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Business Partner role located in Navi Mumbai. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment regulations, managing employee relations, and overseeing performance management processes. The role includes collaborating with business leaders to support organizational goals, addressing workforce challenges, and actively contributing to a positive work environment.


Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) frameworks
  • Expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and fostering positive workplace culture
  • In-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency in Performance Management, including goal-setting, appraisal, and employee development strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze workforce trends and provide actionable insights
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the software or technology sector, is desirable
