Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, induction, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Handle HR documentation, HRMS updates, payroll inputs, and compliance.
• Ensure seamless employee experience by addressing HR-related queries.
• Maintain HR data, reports, and dashboards for audits and decision-making.
• Coordinate with finance, admin, and other teams for smooth process execution.
• Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
