This is a builder’s role—perfect for someone who treats the website like a product, focused on speed, UX, conversion, and retention. Key Responsibilities🔧 Website Operations & OptimizationManage daily performance and uptime of a Shopify-based website.Ensure fast mobile load speeds and a seamless experience across all devices.Drive A/B testing, optimize product pages, and refine the conversion funnel continuously.📈 Growth & RetentionOptimize for CVR (Conversion Rate), AOV (Average Order Value), and reduce bounce and drop-off rates.Collaborate with the marketing team to improve traffic-to-sale conversion journeys.Implement and scale retention tactics like email flows, WhatsApp engagement, reviews, and referral programs.🌟 Customer ExperienceOwn the full customer journey from homepage to post-purchase.Enhance NPS, CSAT, and repeat purchase rates through UX updates and loyalty experiences.Act on customer feedback to launch high-impact improvements.🛠 Cross-Functional OperationsWork closely with tech, CX, logistics, and creative teams to ensure alignment.Ensure smooth backend operations, including order processing, payment sync, and tracking.Lead bug resolution, system escalations, and product-level improvements.Ideal Candidate Profile3–5 years experience managing D2C websites, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.Strong hands-on expertise in Shopify and analytics tools like GA4, Hotjar, Clarity.Proven track record in conversion rate optimization (CRO), funnel performance, and revenue growth.Experience using retention tools and managing loyalty programs.Operates with a tech-product mindset—proactive, systems-driven, and detail-oriented.Fast executor with a strong bias toward action, testing, and iteration.Bonus: Experience with side projects, gaming, or startup hustle.Key KPIsConversion Rate upliftAOV growthBounce & Cart Abandonment ReductionMobile Load Time under 3 secondsRepeat Purchase Rate & LTV GrowthOrder Processing SLA >98% within 24 hoursCX Ticket TAT <12 hours3–5 UX improvements shipped per month
