As an HR Intern & Trainee at HYPERLOOP CONSULTANCY GROUP in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, you will be part of a leading multidisciplinary firm specializing in new developments and CHS redevelopment projects across India and Dubai. Your role will involve assisting in recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, drafting job descriptions, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with HR processes. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, operations, and compliance. This dual-role position is well-suited for fresh graduates or students pursuing HR, providing a comprehensive exposure to real-world HR practices. Your responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment processes, organizing onboarding activities, maintaining employee records, drafting job descriptions and offer letters, supporting employee engagement initiatives, tracking attendance and leaves, ensuring compliance with HR processes, and participating in the creation and improvement of HR policies. To be eligible for this role, you should be pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. A basic understanding of HR practices, Company laws, and labor laws is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility are essential. You should be available to work from the Navi Mumbai office.
