Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary, results-oriented Head of Sales, B2B, to spearhead our expansion

across the Enterprise, SMB, and Education verticals. This is a senior leadership role reporting

directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is central to scaling Primebook’s presence and

impact in India’s B2B sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Go-to-Market

● Define and execute the B2B sales vision, strategy, and go-to-market roadmap for Android Tablets, Laptops, MDM, and related products to Enterprise, SMB, and Education markets.

● Identify market gaps, new verticals, and emerging sales channels for growth.

● Lead direct engagements with Fortune 500 companies, consumer tech/D2C enterprises, SMBs, Edtech companies, Govt, and Private Institutions.

● Represent Primebook in CTO/CIO forums, high-level industry discussions.


Revenue & Growth

● Own and deliver the B2B annual revenue target (₹30-35Cr+), including strategic closures for large accounts (1,000–10,000+ units).

● Drive closures for deals above ₹1Cr, with hands-on support to the team for strategic transactions.

● Lead channel partnership development across target sectors

● Oversee Impact storytelling proposal design, MoU structuring, and post-sales engagement.

● Collaborate with the CBO to unlock and deploy IT and CSR budgets.


Team Building & Performance

● Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of Sales Managers, Pre-Sales, Lead Generation, Marketing, and Sales Executives with sector specialization.

● Instill a data-driven culture with regular reviews, funnel tracking, and performance reporting.

● Mentor team members in consultative selling, stakeholder management, and negotiation.


Cross-functional Collaboration

● Coordinate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns for SMBs and Enterprise Industries, Skill Centres, BPOs, and Enterprises.

● Work with operations and logistics to ensure timely large-scale deployments.

● Provide ongoing, structured product feedback to improve positioning and user experience.


Requirements:

●10–15 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the computer hardware sector.

● Demonstrated ability to generate ₹10–₹100Cr+ in annual B2B revenue through strategic partnerships.

● In-depth understanding of institutional procurement processes of Android Tablets, MDM, Laptops, and prebundled software

● Proven record of working with the Android Tablet Industry, Sales of Tablet PC to Enterprise, SMB, Education Institutions, Government Orgs

● Successful track record in hiring, developing, and mentoring high-performing sales teams.

● Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach—able to clinch deals, coach teams, and drive GTM strategies.

● Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and proposal writing skills.

● Strong CRM discipline, robust pipeline management, and analytical capabilities.
