The Opportunity:


What You'll Do:

  • Own revenue targets and build 3-6 month sales pipeline
  • Build a lean efficient Sales Team
  • Close complex enterprise deals (Plant Heads, CFOs, COOs)
  • Design sales playbook, processes, and channel partner program
  • Engage with automotive, CNC, and discrete manufacturing decision-makers


What You Bring:

  • 8-12 years B2B enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record selling IIOT / MES solutions (45-90 day cycles)
  • Experience building sales processes from scratch
  • Strong closer with C-level engagement skills
  • Manufacturing/industrial domain knowledge
