As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our global sales operations from Kolkata, India. This role will take full ownership of our sales strategy and execution — previously led by the Founder — across the UK, USA, UAE, South Asia, and Africa. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute the global sales strategy across all product lines — Predictive Dialler, Hosted PBX, VoIP, CRM Integrations, and Contact Centre Software. Build, train, and manage a high-performing international sales team. Drive new business growth through outbound sales, channel partnerships, and inbound conversions. Maintain and grow relationships with enterprise clients, resellers, and telecom partners. Work with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales campaigns, collateral, and pricing strategies. Negotiate and close high-value contracts while ensuring smooth client onboarding with technical and support teams. Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts to senior management. Represent PrimoDialler at industry events, expos, and virtual trade shows across key markets. Stay updated on contact centre trends, telecom regulations, and market shifts to refine go-to-market strategy. Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline discipline across the sales team. Ideal Candidate Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales leadership within telecom, VoIP, or contact centre software industries. Strong understanding of predictive diallers, PBX systems, SIP trunking, hosted telephony, and CRM integrations. Demonstrated success managing and scaling sales teams and delivering revenue targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with international client experience (especially UK/US markets). Strategic and analytical mindset — with the ability to execute hands-on when required. Experience in channel sales, partnerships, or SaaS sales preferred.
