As a Business Development Executive at Square One, you will play a crucial role in driving client acquisition and maintaining client relationships. This position requires someone with experience in business development, strong industry connections, and the ability to manage client servicing effectively. You will be responsible for supporting strategic sales initiatives and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.
Implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Execute tactical plans to drive sales growth.
Lead individual client acquisition efforts, establishing and nurturing relationships.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention through personalized attention and service.
Provide excellent client servicing to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Work towards achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
Stay informed about industry developments and customer needs.
Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
Utilize market intelligence to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Leverage connections outside of assigned region, especially in Tier 1 or Tier 2 cities, for regional business growth.
Develop and nurture relationships in these regions to expand the company's market presence.
Identify and explore other fast-growing real estate markets beyond current locations.
Utilize your insights and connections to tap into emerging markets and contribute to the company's expansion strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales efforts.
Work closely with marketing to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
Travel extensively within and outside the assigned region to meet clients and prospects.
