Sales Head


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Deep Buildwell’s real estate projects, including the

    Dholera Project

    .
  • Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities and design plans to expand the customer base.


2. Team Management

  • Lead, train, and mentor the sales and channel partner teams to ensure high performance.
  • Set individual and team KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and goal achievement.


3. Business Development & Client Relations

  • Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and corporate partners in the Gurugram real estate market.
  • Oversee client interactions, site visits, events, and lead conversions for projects like

    Dholera

    .
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.


4. Marketing & Coordination

  • Collaborate with the marketing department for project promotions, campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to branding and positioning strategies for projects under Deep Buildwell Pvt. Ltd.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide business decisions.


5. Reporting & Performance Review

  • Prepare detailed sales reports, projections, and market insights.
  • Present sales performance updates to the

    Executive Director

    .
  • Monitor budgets, revenue streams, and project profitability.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Leadership and team management expertise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep knowledge of

    Gurugram’s real estate market

    and large-scale project sales (especially

    Dholera Project

    ).
  • Strong analytical, planning, and target achievement abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, lead tracking systems, and MS Office.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience

    in real estate sales with

    3–5 years in a leadership role.

  • Must have prior experience handling the Dholera Project or similar large-scale real estate projects.

  • Proven success in achieving high-value sales targets and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
