Graphic designer (Floor plan specialist)

Overview Of The Profile We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Floor Plan Artist to create visually accurate and brand-aligned floor plans for real estate marketing materials. In this role, you will combine technical precision with creative design to translate architectural drawings into engaging 2D layouts suitable for brochures, hoardings, digital platforms, and client presentations. Roles and Responsibility Interpret architectural layouts and convert them into stylized 2D floor plans. Apply color codes, measurements, legends, and furniture layouts as per branding guidelines. Ensure all floor plans are accurate, clean, and ready for print or digital use. Collaborate with design and marketing teams for brochures, hoardings, and presentations. Work on high volumes of plans with quick turnaround and minimal errors. Revise and update plans based on client or internal feedback. Ensure final outputs are optimized for various formats (PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc.). Qualifications Proficiency in CorelDRAW Working knowledge of AutoCAD (for extracting or cleaning base layouts) Familiarity with Photoshop (for image touch-ups or overlays) Understanding of layout, alignment, and visual hierarchy Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings Basic knowledge of printing requirements (resolution, bleed, scaling) Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines Real estate or agency experience is a plus Benefits Competitive salary package.
