Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Growth & Business Development Lead the development and execution of business strategies focused on sustainable growth and ROI. Expand market share in wealth management, investment products, and AMC services through strategic partnerships and client acquisition. Leverage personal client network to onboard high-value clients and increase AUM (Assets Under Management). Client Relationship Management Maintain, develop, and grow existing HNI/UHNI client relationships. Offer strategic financial advice, portfolio planning, and investment solutions aligned with client goals. Ensure highest standards of client servicing and retention through proactive engagement. Sales & Marketing Leadership Drive end-to-end sales strategy including pipeline management, product positioning, and performance tracking. Supervise marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at brand positioning, lead generation, and client conversion. Monitor sales KPIs, revenue targets, and ensure consistent achievement or outperformance. Compliance, Risk & Regulatory Oversight Ensure full compliance with SEBI, RBI, IRDA, and other relevant regulatory bodies. Develop and enforce robust risk management policies and operational controls. Coordinate internal audits and manage regulatory filings and due diligence processes. Team Management & Leadership Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across departments including sales, advisory, operations, IT, compliance, and support. Implement performance management systems and promote a culture of accountability and results. Provide training, support, and clear career paths for team growth and development. Finance, IT & Operational Excellence Oversee company finances including budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and P&L accountability. Liaise with accounting and audit teams for accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance. Guide IT infrastructure and tech adoption to improve digital operations, client servicing, and data security. Candidate Requirements: Must-Have Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Wealth Management, AMC, Investment Advisory, or Stock Markets. Demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention, especially HNI/UHNI segments. Strong background in regulatory compliance, financial governance, and investment product structuring. Proven team leadership experience across multiple departments including sales, operations, and compliance. Technical & Functional Skills: In-depth understanding of financial instruments, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, equities, and taxation. Solid command over SEBI, RBI, and financial industry regulatory frameworks. Proficient in CRM systems, financial analytics tools, Excel reporting, and digital marketing platforms. Preferred Attributes: Existing client book with consistent AUM and revenue contribution. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on execution and scale. Ability to work under pressure and drive performance across multi-disciplinary teams. Why Join Us?
