Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Recruiter at Chandukaka Saraf in Pune. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a seasoned Senior Recruiter who can drive end-to-end hiring, manage high-volume recruitment, and ensure timely fulfillment of critical retail positions Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for retail and support roles. Plan, organize, and execute walk-in drives across multiple locations. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports for leadership. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver within deadlines. Leverage various recruitment tools and channels (job portals, social media, referrals, internal databases, etc.) to build a strong candidate pipeline. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Monitor recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, cost per hire, etc.) to improve efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the retail industry. Strong expertise in managing walk-in drives and bulk hiring. Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Proven ability to meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
