Role Description

Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for retail and support roles.
• Plan, organize, and execute

  walk-in drives

  across multiple locations.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver within deadlines.
• Leverage various recruitment tools and channels (job portals, social media, referrals, internal databases, etc.) to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, cost per hire, etc.) to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience

  in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong expertise in managing

  walk-in drives

  and bulk hiring.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Proven ability to meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in maintaining and analyzing recruitment trackers and reports.
