This position is for Head of HR (Seva Group Level) and is responsible for developing and executing the human resource strategy for the group, aligning it with the overall business goals of the company. This role will oversee all HR functions, including payroll processing, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training, compliance, and HR policy development across multiple locations or divisions.
Use advanced Excel skills for managing data, tracking employee KPIs, and reporting data to the management. Leverage data insights to make informed Human Resources decisions.
