About the Role

As a Human Resources Officer at KabhiB, you’ll play a key role in supporting our people and business growth. You’ll manage end-to-end HR operations, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with best practices and labor laws. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, onboarding, and induction for new hires.
• Support employee relations by addressing queries, resolving grievances, and promoting a positive workplace culture
• Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee engagement activities.
• Well versed with conducting and managing internal and external audits
• Maintain accurate HR records, including attendance, performance, and employee files.
• Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
• Generate HR reports and analyze key metrics such as turnover and retention.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and recognition programs.
• Advise managers and staff on HR matters, providing guidance on policies and performance management.
• Support compensation and benefits administration, including health and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
