Role Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will drive growth across

Q-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.) and digital performance channels.

This role requires a data-driven marketer with a strong bias for execution and a deep

understanding of the food/e-comm ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and optimize campaigns across Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Milkbasket, Flipkart

Minutes, Big Basket, etc.

- Manage ROAS, CAC, impression share, and brand visibility

- Lead Meta/Google Ads campaigns and seasonal promotions

- Track KPIs and report actionable insights

- Collaborate with design, content, and platform teams

- Optimize sales and presence on digital platforms like Zomato and Swiggy across all cities

- Manage brand visibility and promotions on e-commerce platforms

- Work on website development and manage SEOs

Requirements:

- 2-4 years in performance marketing, preferably in food/FMCG

- Hands-on experience with Q-commerce platforms

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Excel

- Strong analytical and communication skills
