Job Overview:

We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer to manage paid campaigns and conduct product research to optimize conversions and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch & optimize paid ads (Meta, Google, YouTube).
• Conduct product research to identify winning products & audience fit.
• Monitor KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions.
• Create ad creatives, copy, and A/B test variations.
• Analyze performance reports & scale profitable campaigns.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign assets.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Meta & Google Ads Manager.
• Product research skills (trends, competitors, audience behavior).
• Analytical mindset with expertise in data interpretation.
• Creativity in ads + ability to test rapidly.
